Missing a medical appointment could cost you your job
Many consider safety to be the most important aspect of any job. To achieve the optimal level of safety, all procedures must be performed to assess the risks and use Operational Risk Management to defuse any potential hazard. Another key aspect is to make sure everyone has the proper medical clearance to do their jobs. This is simple; schedule a medical appointment to make sure you have the clearance to do the job. For some civilian employees at NSB Kings Bay, refusing to adhere to the rules of medical surveillance could eventually lead to an unsafe working environment.

New TA regs set new requirements
