Click It or Ticket returns to Kings Bay's roadways
The ''Click It or Ticket'' Campaign is in full swing to remind motorists that wearing seatbelts is the law, and if this law is not taken seriously they will suffer the consequences.

Combat trainer helps Marines stay sharp
The next wave of futuristic combat situation trainers can be found inside the vast Trident Training Facility at Kings Bay. The Firearm Training System, or FATS, located deep inside the 500,000 sq ft. building, is used by Marines and Sailors for weapons orientation. The indoor trainer saves the Navy around $300,000 a year in live ammunition costs alone due to its use of air recoil weapons, high tech sensors, and computer ran simulations.

Keeping the homeland secure
With the War on Terrorism still a very real threat for every American; America's ports are an economic target for terrorists. Who is protecting the billions of dollars worth of goods going in and out of the nation's ports? The Coast Guard has stepped up to the plate and created Maritime Safety Security Teams in direct response to the terrorist attacks on 9/11.
